This is further to our last update regarding a company
namely Reliance E-Biz Ltd and its website ehaatbazaar.com.
We have repeatedly appealed to this company and to its
website not to commit fraud or mislead & misguide the SpeakAsia family
members in Bangladesh by claiming that they are the new entity of SAOL in
Bangladesh. As Reliance E-Biz Ltd and
ehaatbazaar.com. Continues
to carry on with its fraudulent ways, SAOL has decided to initiate legal
proceedings against them. Please find attached a copy of the lawyers notice
sent to them by our corporate legal counsels.
We also take this opportunity to assure all the members
of the Speakasia Family in Bangladesh that the company will formally and
officially launch its operations in the country once it has received all its clearances
to do business in the country.
