See the Positive part of today’s hearing…
The highlight of the hearing was that the court was of the opinion
that as the company has stated through an affidavit in the Hon’ble SC
that it wishes to pay all pending dues so there is no need of any
criminal investigations. Prima Facie the Court’s mood was in our favor.
