As we all are aware 19th September is an important date for all of us Writ 383 and is a Non-Miscellaneous day on this day there are many applications that has to be heard… now this completely depends on the Judiciary how fast the applications can be heard and what favorable decisions can be expected over the concerned applications towards the company and the panelists…
Aispa application stands equivalent important at the same time as the matter of investigation which eow wants to do…However after a favorable decision on this application we can expect major relief on 26th Sep for quashing of Navneet khosla fir no-60 in High Court which is a criminal case and once this is quashed it shall be a great relief for all of us once again

The same date 26th RBI also have to give their final conclusion on payment and banking transaction of the company and RBI may bring certain changes not on the business module but on payment and banking transactions which again is a process of legalizing the business in India and may also order our company to follow the FEMA guidelines strictly and is likely to issue some circulars regarding the same so nothing much to worry here again a positive stepRaigad and Thane case is likely to be heard on 2nd October which can either get quashed or can be moved to trial court with hyderabad case which will not be a burden on the company for Restart or PaymentsNow talking about the Billion dollar question which is Restart and Payment date it is very well understood that its a big question to ask which only and only the company can announce and no one else…though we all we can say it is expected to happen soon but cannot give any exact date and time we look upon the judiciary and the company management on this part completely… So friends the battle is almost coming to an end and we shall once again rise up with more power and the world shall praise this company which went through so many struggles pains and competition and now is emerging as a winner…
So Speakasians please be positive and see what are on the cards for the coming days this month is offcourse very much eventful and we shall get some kind of good news through the positive outcome of the judiciary which shall make a clear cut way for the company to restart its business at the earliest
