How the Home Page Pays System will be released to Representatives

The feedback we have received on the Home Page Pays system has been nothing short of amazing and we want to thank everyone who has sent us messages on how excited you are about the Home Page Pays concept.

The testing by our selected beta testers has been running very smoothly and the programming of the Home Page Pays system is progressing extremely well!

Now we have decided to increase the number of members who have access to Home Page Pays as we roll out the system to all Representatives through a gradual release process. Part of this message is to help you all understand WHY it is so important to have a gradual release of the system and to show you HOW you can access the new Home Page Pays system for yourself.

Regarding the gradual release... Imagine having a dam full to capacity and at bursting point. If the dam bursts it could cause flooding and potential damage. A big clean up would be required. However, if there is a gradual release of water from the dam, it can be controlled and monitored.

We therefore need to use this principle with the release of the Home Page Pays system, firstly as a gradual release to all our Reps and then as a global release for Free Members to register.

Some points that are vital and may help with your understanding:

1. We need to ensure we have a system for handling the feedback on little issues during the gradual release. No matter how well we plan, there will always be unexpected minor bugs that were not taken into account during testing. We need to have a system for users to report these issues that gets the information to the programmers in a way that helps rather than hinder our development:
   
   
   • The creative team has therefore been working on a “bug reporting” system which will be in every Rep’s back office this coming week and this will streamline the information going through to the programmers. This will help the them save valuable time and prevent duplications on issues, etc.. It also gives our Reps a simple way to report any bugs or issues they may identify during their testing.
2. By following the course of a gradual release, it also means the creative team can continue to add many more exciting features to the system in preparation for the global release to Free Members. The terrific “Top Sites” feature has been added to the system and we expect to be demonstrating the new “Chat” feature this coming week as well... and that's just the beginning of the good news!
3. Taking points 1 & 2 into account, we needed to decide on a fair way to select which Reps could have access to the system as testers before releasing it to all our Reps. After consulting the leadership group, we feel we have come up with a very fair way to offer you all the chance to become beta testers, as well as it being a great way to explode your business prior to the launch of HPP:
   
   
   1. Firstly, we will give access to all the Reps who have achieved Leadership Matching Bonus 1 (LMB1) or higher. This is a way to reward those of you who have already taken positive action and have started to develop your teams.
      
   2. All other Reps can have access simply by sponsoring 2 NEW Reps. All Rep sales between Oct 31st  through to Monday Nov. 14th, will be counted towards your qualification. Even though we realise this could potentially create an overload for the programming team, we wanted to give every Rep. a fair chance to test the system, offering you ALL an opportunity to get access and at the same time take a positive action for your business.

Our aim, of course, is to release the Home Page Pays system to all our Reps as soon as possible with certain fantastic new features added and tested.

For YOU to Access the HPP System

In order for you to be qualified as soon as the button is ready in your back office this coming week, we have decided to give you advanced warning of the required qualifications. We will advise you as soon as the necessary programming has been completed this coming week with an explanation on how to gain access to test the system.

For those who have not qualified, you can bring someone to one of our exciting live Webinars where leaders have been demonstrating the system live and showing off the very exciting new features that have recently been added.  This is a simple way to show proof that the system is working leading up to our launch.

It is important to remember that the gradual release of the HPP system to our Representatives is necessary for the reasons we stated earlier. We cannot give an exact timeline when all Reps will have access because that will depend on what happens during this gradual release process.

This pre-launch period gives you all the chance to position right now those people who appreciate what we are offering them; that is the chance to be in at the ground floor of what is very likely to be their “Opportunity of a Lifetime”.
